The Details

• Promotion includes trade-in of Trek bikes only. *Bikes must be under 5 years old. Verification of bike models can be found on the Trek Bike Archive. Proof of purchase must be presented at time of trade-in. Kid’s bikes will continue to fall under our Kid’s Trade-Up program which is up to 30% credit and a 3 year time limit.

• All trade-ins must be in resalable, ride-ready condition with minimal need for parts and service. Bikes will be valued based on the age and condition. Customer will be offered up to 50% of the current VALUE of the bike. Current values will be based on Bicycle Blue Book conditions in order to keep a consistent valuing strategy between locations.

• Like-New – Accepted

• Excellent – Accepted

• Good – Accepted at store's discretion

• Fair – Not Accepted

• Poor – Not Accepted

• Monetary valuation will be made in addition to current market trends, high-demand models, and service that may be required before resale. The Trek Bicycle Store reserves the right to deny trade-ins or discontinue the trade-in program at any time.

The Trade-In Process

1. Bring in used Trek bike for appraisal.

2. Bike model, year, serial number, and proof of purchase are verified.

3. Store Manager or Authorized Appraiser values the bike based on Bicycle Blue Book Conditions guide.

4. Customer is offered up to 50% of current value of bike.

5. Customer agrees to the offer and will receive that amount in a credit toward their new bike purchase.

• One (1) trade-in per one (1) new bike purchase. The credit will only apply to the new bike purchase, which must be of equal or greater value of the credit.
